Green Tea – by Melissa Tran
I’ve been drinking green tea for quite some time over 10 years, since I have my first child. I wanted to keep a healthy diet. I have done some research and green tea shows up as one of the best drink with many health benefits. I don’t like drinking water and green tea has a little taste to it. I’ve always been very healthy, I hardly get a cold or the flu in the winter. I drink it early in the morning and throughout the day. Its caffeine helps me stay awake, focus and active due to lack of sleep and overworking. Since it helps me tremendously on my daily basis, I have decided to write a blog about it.

When I’m feeling under the weather or my stomach is not digesting after a big meal, I drink a cup of hot tea and it helps me get back to normal. I usually feel so much better after. I have been drinking green tea as a regular part of my life and feel great. I am considering drinking it for the rest of my life not for the love of the taste, but because it is good for me.
